Horrible experience all the way around! I grew up in southern California and now live in southern Mississippi and haven't enjoyed a Hardee's/Carl's Jr. in over 5 years. We were very excited when we spotted one today and couldn't wait to enjoy a charbroiled burger and crisscut fries. First, the advertised new food item that they had signs up for was Spicy Chicken Strips. We attempted to order some and were dismayed to find that they did not carry them at all. Next, we ordered a burger combo and we're informed that they were out of Coke. We then tried to order a beef taco and were once again told that they did not have any tacos available. We settled on the burger combo with a Sprite. We got to the window, the rude cashier turned her back to us then told us to pull forward because they were waiting on our spicy chicken to cook. We told her we didn't order spicy chicken because they told us they didn't have any. Then, with her back still turned she said oh no, I mean we are waiting on... She didn't finish what she was saying and kept her back turned so we just pulled forward to wait. After almost 10 minutes the food was brought out to us. The burgers were acceptable, but the fries were some kind of seasoned curly fries (like Jack in the Box and Arby's carry) that, to my knowledge are not even the kind of fries that Hardee's sells, and the worst part is that they had obviously dropped them back in the fryer to reheat them and they were VERY burnt and disgusting! Needless to say, we were so utterly disappointed that after waiting for over 5 years to have this food again, it was so severely lacking and horrible. Will obviously NOT EVER visit this awful place again and I highly recommend you don't waste your money there either!!

The service takes a ridiculous amount of time. Go to the Wendy's next door. The line could be twice as long over there and you would still get your food faster.
Please shut the doors so another fast food will come in to serve good food!! Maybe KFC that would be nice....
Good food fast service. The workers are always friendly here even when it gets busy and hectic. This is good for small or large plates. The prices are reasonable. The drinks are a bit pricy and not usually included in the meals. The inside of the restaurant is generally clean most times. The bathrooms are checked regularly & I've never seen one very nasty shape.
Big mistake!! Went for lunch long line figure i would wait.. as I was ordering they said they no longer had the $5 dollar deal.. saw commercial on Sunday it was Tuesday..so I opted for the chicken strips $8 dollars later for (Old-cold wait in line tenders) I remembered why I do not come here .. or any Hardee's any more..
I never come to Hardee's !! But because I saw a $5 box on tv figure they could lure me in.
I used to stop here once a week for breakfast and get their cinnamon raisin biscuit. They always told me it would be a 2-3 minute wait because they made them fresh to order, AND IT WAS AWESOME. I never once minded the wait because I would get it fresh from the oven, hot with the icing melting all over it. But then their morning personnel changed and now their cinnamon raisin biscuits are pre-made and you're lucky if they're even warm. Today the one they gave me was barely warm, dry and crumbly like it was made yesterday. So... no more for me. Bring back the old A.M. crew; they made this Hardee's worth stopping at.
