I was seated promptly upon entering the restaurant. However, it did take about 10 to 15 minutes before the server attended to me. Once he saw me he did come over and take my order. He was very polite and cordial. I asked him for grilled shrimp and grilled asparagus. I also told him that I liked my asparagus cooked softer. It came out tasting good but the asparagus was still a little too hard.
Chicken enchilada soup was not very good. But we love the appetizers!! Service was great too.
Chili's was good as usual. For the price range, I would give it 5 stars mostly because I always get great service there! The best service is always st the bar.
Best franchise we have in Mandeville! We don't have as many chain restaurants here. Lots of family restaurants. Hot competition...but our Chili's is competitive in all areas. Quality, value and service is outstanding! Joe, Robyn,and Melissa...best service and bar staff in the city!!!

I had the Southern Smokehouse burger and my husband had the triple fajitas!! Everything was awesome !! They did forget to bring my fries out ,but it was fine . I was more than satisfied with the burger. I Love the BlackBerry tea. Service was fine.
