Technician came out to replace a windshield, vehicle had an after market rear view mirror. They will not replace the windshield even after my request to have them just replace the windshield and not the mirror. Had to call the 800 number 4 times before I got the response that they will not repair. A couple hours wasted. If you have an after market mirror, save yourself the time and call a competitor.
Had a few chips repaired here. Less than 2 months later, a few of them are reappearing.

Ended up going with Gerber Collision. Made appointment windshield was replaced the next day. The were ever $25 cheaper then Safe light. I Highly recommend them.
