These guys are pitiful. They fix it so you think you have to go back to get something else fixed... And they were the ones who broke it. Bad business. They prey on woman.

These guys are great! I had a horrible shifting problem for a while on my Ford Escape and one day it finally wouldn't come out of park! I called Randy and they were so friendly and helpful. I had it towed to AAMCO and they gave me a great deal on a remanufactured transmission with a 3 year /100,000 mile warranty. They checked out my car for free and found that I needed a major tune-up: spark plugs, fluids and filters dirty, and all 4 shocks so I got it all done while it was there! I couldn't put the work on one of my cards, but I was able to get financing with Synchrony financial through aamco. The same day I applied instantly got approved and got all the work covered with 6 months interest free! My car runs great because of these guys. I love AAMCO of Mandeville, my family and friends use them, and I recommend them to everyone! Thanks guys! :)
Got charged way too much and problems never got fixed the owner Randy is not professional at all rude and lied several times .I just thank god nobody in my family got hurt. Please avoied this amco at all cost.they put moter mounts that don't even have the bolts put in them all the way and don't go to the car
One of the best customer service experiences I had ever had! My transmission had failed and a new system was installed just two days later. The employees were very friendly and the owner, Randy personally drove me home. He then picked me up when the car was ready. He was extremely courteous and professional. While test driving my car that evening, part of the plastic under guard came loose and began dragging. This was possibly due to its dismantling during the transmission repair. Randy agreed to meet me at the shop the next morning, a Saturday when he is normally closed. He drove me and my aunt to a coffee shop and picked us up shortly after the repairs were completed. I was not charged for the repairs, some of which were due to preexisting damage. I highly recommend this business for all your automobile needs and repairs! Randy and his people are top notch!
