I called to make a simple appointment for grooming and was holding for 10 minutes. They then told me they only had one groomer because the other one was having surgery and the only groomer is backed up for two weeks. It's called a temp.
The male vet is kind, while the female vet is less so. My dogs nails were clipped and I was charged when I never requested it be done. This happened every time my boy was seen by the female vet.
I️ think I’m facing my Buddy’s last year. Confident Dr Bill and team will get me through the loss. Sweetest most compassionate team. Love them all.
