Had a reservation for a month. Arrived on the correct day and no one in the office; doors locked. Another customer had been waiting before we were there and waited for 20 minutes. Not to mention my size truck wasn't anywhere on the lot. Don't rent here.
We had the best service, would recommend them. Glenn was very nice and very personable.

I made a reservation in August for a UHUAL truck and when I made it to the office they didn't have a truck available on December 22nd. The employee called the Metarie ,Slidell and New Orleans location for a truck rental but nothing was available. I had to speak with cooperate and he said they have no trucks available at all. In no way did they try to reimburse me for my time. I will never make a reservation with this company again since they are so unorganized.
