The Avis agent, Curtis, (covered in nicotine patches while simultaneously smoking) intentionally misrepresented the charges I initially found from the website. I had to fight the corporate office for weeks in order to get my issue resolved. Rent a car literally from anywhere else, and I promise you there will be honest service and better prices. This branch is dishonest and does not deserve your business.
There phone number was a phone sex number & you can NOT rent a vehicle from the airport to Mandeville, or anywhere for that matter, only circle the airport I guess
Under new management as of August 1st and they are on point with there rentals.
Scam. Stay away from this location. Service representative on site is very rude and not helpful. Told my girlfriend the car we had pre-paid for in full for pick up at this location was not available and that no cars would be available for the foreseeable future. Meanwhile the lot had cars on it. We may end up losing the full pre-paid amount due to this scam. Beware.
