This was the best place ever! I found the staff to be quick and comforting. I love the spa and the employees! they really take into consideration on how you really feel!
I purchased a day at the spa for my wife for Valentines Day. She received more of a nightmare at the spa. She arrived for her appointment and immediately was greeted saying that. I apologize for my two kids running around the spa, but i didn't have a babysitter. No Vino and chocolates were provided. Massage was so-so. The lady actually apologized for her lack of performing manicure and pedicures. Then the full services of the spa were not performed in any shape manner or form. I would not recommend the Azure Spa to anyone in the Mandeville Area. The lady at the counter Ms. Aimee never received her last name but was super nice, the spa manager Jeff on the other hand calls me 5 days later after i called everyday to report about poor service and my wife's experience tells me sir, me and the Dr. spoke and "the best i can do since you don't want anymore of our services for free, example couples spa, another service for your wife, is give you 50% of your money back. I run small businesses and if i had this practice of handling customer complaints i would go out of business. I have called and tried to speak to the Dr and her well trained associates have told me that she is in a meeting every time I call and that all matters will be referred to Jeff. I feel like the service were not performed there should be a full refund.
Dr. Burkenstock and her amazingly incompetent staff are by far the most unorganized and rude office in the entire Parish.
I had multiple appointments (that were set through the Office Manager herself) that were constantly re-scheduled for no apparent reason - even after being GIVEN a new time to meet with the doctor. Then, FINALLY, once we met with the "doctor", she was extremely condescending and distracted, and was basically no help whatsoever.
Had a great lunch appointment. Very clean, relaxing, and professional environment. Thank you Ami for a great massage!
AVOID THIS SPA IF YOU ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A HEADACHE ...DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 1 POSITIVE REVIEW (most likely posted by an EMPLOYEE) ... There are plenty of other fine businesses throughout the city who will provide FAR better service.
