Parking lot area (gardens) could use some cleaning up
This is a hit and miss shopping center in Mandeville just off highway 22. There are a few stores I occasionally visit, like Times Bar and Grill, Cafe Du Monde and petsmart, but a larger number of shops that no one seems to care about based on the general lack of traffic in the center parking lot.
Low end big box/local owned stores/shops [and Chipotle soon! ] Sad for a high, high income area in St Tammany Parish.

Usually go here for fresh market. Chipotle is coming soon. Few other decent stops as well. A little dated but not run down.
