Multiple times I have tried to call this post office, per instruction from my letter carrier. No one answers the phone. I find the service at the post office painfully slow. The only positive comment I can offer is the service for passports was good.
The passport office is a joke! Waiting here right now to renew my passport and this place isn't in any kind of a hurry! I've been here almost 2hrs and they are just on the 2nd person that was ahead of me!

Phoned the Mandeville post office this morning about a pacakage that should have been received yesterday. I was advised that the mail arrives from New Orleans between 4 and 6 a.m. When I called at 6:00 a.m and spoke with supervisor Tori or Tory, he explained I could not pick up a package. I explained that the package is for a party this afternoon his response "I don't care what it is for. If I do it for you, I would have to do it for 2000 other people. I KEEP TELLING YOU I DON'T CARE". I asked who was his supervisor he said he is it". I have never ever.
This team is very efficient and most of them are very friendly. They know people don't like to stand in line so they try to move it as quickly as possible.
