Moving is never easy. But when you get movers like Atmosphere, the hassle of the actual move is eliminated. Very professional, very efficient, and very careful. It was a pleasure dealing with these movers.
Epic failure!!! This was my second time using this moving company. First experience was great...this time, HORRIBLE!!!! Was supposed to have 2 crews and 2 trucks arrive at 10am. Didn't receive a phone call till after 11am stating they would arrive at noon...they didn't arrive till 1:30pm. And when I say they I mean only 1 crew with 1 truck, second crew/truck didn't arrive till 6pm, 8 hours late. They didn't get done moving us until 11:30pm. I placed multiple calls/texts to Clay Adams, who I booked my move with, during the morning and early afternoon to try and get answers with ZERO response. Called the office multiple times with ZERO response. Still have not gotten 1 phone call to apologize about how our move went.
I highly recommend this moving company! The close on our new house was moved at the last minute to a late Friday afternoon time. Atmosphere Movers "moved heaven and earth" to re-arrange the day's schedule so we would have my furniture by the end of the day. They were also very fast and careful with my items. Thank you again "the other Nicole" and everyone for making my move a little less stressful.
