3.unfriendly employees ( poor customer service) When I first walked in. The lady just stared at me.

Price is right but keep your ticket or you won't get everything back until a trip or two later.
I had been going to Dry Cleaning by Louis for 4 years who does an excellent job.until they move. They always greeted me with a smile when I come in.
But this place is just a 1out of 5. I should have listened to the review. I was just in a hurry and also would like to see for myself if the review was wrong. I blame my self for not listening at all!!! there were a lot of signs that should have made me turn around and go somewhere else.

5. I dropped off a nice white sweater. When I came to pick it up 5 days after original date of pick up my sweater was no longer white. It was gray!!! and the lady who was working there told me that it is not gray and just have bad lighting. I took it out of the plastic and brought by the door. Not only it was gray but it has streaks of gray!!!She said they will pay me back if they can't fix my sweater.
Dumpy-looking with no customer service. I was there picking up my clothes and a lady who looked like she had just rolled out of bed got up from a big old lazyboy chair in the back room, which was messy-looking. She tried my card on the machine and said "the card machine isn't working", and just stared at me. I didn't have any cash on me and I told her this, but she just kept staring. I proceeded to say "sooo I guess I should go to an ATM." So I went back out into the pouring rain to aimlessly search for a chase bank (because I didn't have my iPhone to help), and 20 minutes later was back with enough cash to pay. She still charged me the same amount. As I walked next to my car to get in, I almost stepped in a pot hole a big as me full of water. The price was good, but I'd almost rather pay for better service and professionalism.
I should have listened to the prior review and just found another cleaners, but I am always one for trying it for myself since everyone has different experiences....Well, this place is awful!!! When I dropped off my items the woman barely looked my way and just kept trying to hand me the ticket saying Thursday. I tried to explain that there was a stain on my suit and the pants needed to be hemed.....Thursday pick up....stains still on the suit and the pants that were hemed were hemed in a grey thread...The pants were solid black! The woman said she would redo the items if I would like! If I would like! Are you serious! Save yourself the trouble and find another cleaner! This one if for the dumps!
