Never been treated this way in a salon in my life. The stylist, ISIS, was very late to get to salon. My appointment was 9:30. At 10 I asked her if she was going to be much longer. I even sympathized with her excuse for being late. She ordered me to leave on the spot. No excuse, no apology, just told me to leave.
