i have absolutely loved my experience at Orange Theory up to this point. I recommend it to anyone when the subject comes up. The staff is great and the workouts have been fantastic. I'm getting into the best shape I have been in years. Keep doing everything you're doing and thanks again!
I love that I can simply walk into the studio and know that I'm going to get a great workout. I don't have to think about what I need to do - I just show up and follow instructions! I like that OTF varies the workouts (endurance, strength, power, or some type of combo) and uses a mix of treadmills, weights, and rowers to challenge our bodies to reach new heights. What's there not to like?!
Great place, great people. Great supplement to anyone's workout. Missing the amenities of a club. Showers, pool, daycare, etc. Cost is higher as well. But you feel good after!
Love Orangetheory! The coaches are exceptionally good. Lots of oversight from them so we do the exercises properly. The ever-changing routines keep it interesting.The requirement for class appointments keep me accountable. The front office staff is super friendly. The decor and colors are energizing. Everything is very clean, sleek, and modern. There are small lockers and there are a couple showers. When you divide the monthly bill by everything you're getting with small classes and almost individual attention, the price is quite reasonable.
