Deeply Disgusted,
Ordered an inflatable slide to be delivered ahead of my child's birthday party on Saturday July 29th. We were told it would be delivered on Friday. After 15 unanswered calls were made by my wife Saturday morning, we were lucky to find another vendor capable of filling a last minute rental request. We received absolutely no notice that there was a problem or that the order couldn't be filled. They failed at the very basics. Do not rent from these people.

After speaking with several people, this is not the first time this has happened.
We rented a water slide for a 2 yr. Old's party. They delivered the wrong slide, it was old looking and the owner's brother said they did not have time to clean it, so he hosed it down. Children ages 7 thru 11 began to play on it, shortly after the slide split on the seam by the 1st step. After calling at least 15 times after the incident, the owner FINALLY returned the call hours later and was informed it was not the slide we ordered and was told about the incident. She said she would make things good. No one came out with a slide or a refund. This was on Saturday August 19th. Monday August 21st without my or a family member knowledge they entered my yard and removed the slide, 3 vehicles were in the driveway and they did not attempt to notify us inside my home that they were there. My daughter and grand daughter called the owner numerous time and got no response, also several emails were sent to the owner still no reply. My daughter spoke to the owner's mother who live around the corner from my home, she related that her daughter is screwing up the business. I am prepared to take her to small claims court or file criminal charges via the La. State Law. I may also post signs about her business if I do not receive a reply or better yet my refund of $300.00. Plus the birthday boy did not even get to go on the slide!
Terrible, unprofessional business!! I reserved an inflatable for my son's 4th birthday and it was delivered 3 hrs late - after the party had already ended!
My brother in law rented a waterslide yesterday for my nephew's birthday. At 2:00 on Friday we were told it was on the truck and would be here by 3:00. They said they were bringing it a day early since the slide was so expensive and the kids could have it an extra day. Well, let's just say it is no Sunday and we are still waiting for the slide to be delivered! We were totally lied to! They have no answered the phone or replied to emails! These people are dishonest and do not deserve anyone's business. My nephew's party was scheduled for 1:00 yesterday. At 11:30 we began calling other companies and Best Jump was more than happy to have a slide here in time for the party. I was not the only person to call that day looking for a waterslide because Inflatable Zoo did not show up. I don't understand how anyone can run a business knowing people are having a brithsay party and never show up or even have the decency to call. Make sure you all who are reading this understand- we were told at 2:00 on Friday that the waterslide was on its way. It is now Sunday (the party was yesterday) and Inflatable zoo has never delivered a slide or much less called. This business should be shut down!
The bounce house was supposed to be delivered at 9:30 am. When it did not show up by 10 am, I began calling and leaving messages and never heard back from anyone. I had to frantically call around to try and get another bounce house for my disappointed son and his friends. No one from Inflatable Zoo even had the decency to call to inform me that the bounce house would be late so that I could make other provisions. This is very unprofessional. When I called again later in the day to make the company aware of what happened, I was given a rude apology with no acknowledgement of the disruption this caused. I was told casually that I was not the only person that received their bounce house late that day - As if that makes is okay.
Booked a slide 1 month ago and after several calls to confirm that the slide would be delivered on Sept. 23, 2017 between 9-10! At 10:30 started calling about slide and she was at the ballpark with her son...um it's 1:13 pm. I have a bunch of kids standing here waiting on a slide and cotton candy machine that has never showed!! And no one answers the phone! It's really ridiculous how they even have a business....also, was paying cash $560...guess they don't need the money!! Maybe we should all be in the waterslide business....
