The only reason I am giving two stars is because the doc is great. Staff is just awful. They are not inviting or remotely welcoming. I could tell there was an issue between staff members, I could feel the tension. Also they are incompetent, they didn't follow any of the instructions the doctors gave. I went back picked up my trial pair of contacts and ran. Will never be back.
I originally went to St Charles Vision when I had something in my eye and my doctor's office wouldn't see me because it was too close to closing. Dr Cook, at St Charles Vision, was willing to wait for me to get there and she took good care of me. I've been a customer ever since. Went for my annual exam Friday and met Dr Glaser. He was nice, thorough, very informative and willing to answer any questions I had. The staff greeted me when I entered, and have always been very helpful to me. The assistant who checked my eyes on the machines was also very informative and nice. She said she loved working there, and it showed!
Terrible. Staff is lazy. Don't call when product is ready. Said text was sent but they lied. Never use this company. Over priced.
