I had a very pleasant experience. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable staff in a nice sterile clean office environment. Dentist performed a very detailed, gentle exam. Grand Family Dentistry are exceptional.

The appointment went well, I was taken on time, I was due annual x-rays so these were taken, no problems, my teeth were cleaned, I was told that since I had been examined by the Dr last visit it was not necessary this time [saved me money] however the Dr did come in and speak to me and ask if everything was ok, and if I was having any problems. My next appointment was made and I was taken to the check out desk. I was told how much I owed, and not having insurance the lady told me about a new in house "membership plan" they have that might interest me. The cost was reasonable, and it may be helpful in the future, so I bought a plan. What an awesome deal!
