Paid for rug rental for years. When I call to cancel service they said they had made new rugs for me several months earlier so I would have to pay them $360 for the two rugs. I told them I never asked for new rugs to be made that they must have done that on their own. They said the rugs were looking rough so they decided to make them on their own. It's like they are trying to hold you hostage over a couple rugs. Totally unethical business practices.
